MSA ACCOUNTING PARTNERS, a civil-law partnership, is responsible for processing personal data collected through this website. Its address is Calle San Gregorio número 106, colonia San Francisco Juriquilla, localidad Juriquilla, municipio de Querétaro, Querétaro, C.P. 76230, México.
Requests related to privacy, personal-data protection and ARCO rights are handled by the Área de Privacidad y Protección de Datos Personales de MSA ACCOUNTING PARTNERS, through contacto@mausagroup.net.
2. Personal data processed
We may process identification and contact data, professional and employment data, information about the represented company, general location, company size, service interest, urgency, message, source or campaign, and consent. We also record basic navigation and security data, such as page, date, event type and permitted campaign parameters.
The website and assistant do not request RFC, CIEC, e.firma, passwords, tax returns, tax files, banking data or confidential documentation. Please do not include them in open fields or conversations.
We do not seek to collect sensitive personal data through the website. If a user provides it without being asked, processing will be limited to what is strictly necessary to handle, protect or purge the communication, as applicable.
3. Primary purposes
Data is used to receive, validate and qualify requests; identify the appropriate division; respond and follow up; prepare a scoping conversation; generate a reference; maintain traceability; prevent abuse or fraud; protect infrastructure; handle privacy requests; and comply with applicable legal, contractual or authority requirements.
4. Secondary purposes and opt-out
Where a valid legal basis exists, we may send institutional information, invitations, resources or commercial communications related to stated interests. These purposes are not required to handle an active request.
You may reject or limit these purposes at first contact or later by emailing contacto@mausagroup.net with the subject “Secondary-purpose opt-out.” Opting out will not affect the primary request.
5. Processors, transfers and disclosures
To operate the website, we may use hosting, database, analytics, notification, security and language-processing providers. These providers act according to their contracted function and receive only necessary information. Data may also be disclosed to authorities where required by law or a competent request.
We do not sell personal data. Any transfer requiring consent will be disclosed and managed under applicable law.
6. ARCO rights, withdrawal and restriction
You may request access, correction, deletion or objection; withdraw consent where applicable; or restrict the use or disclosure of your data. Send the request to contacto@mausagroup.net, addressed to the Área de Privacidad y Protección de Datos Personales de MSA ACCOUNTING PARTNERS.
The request must include your name, response channel, the right you wish to exercise, a clear description of the data and information allowing it to be located. We may request reasonable documents to verify identity or representation. Responses and implementation, where applicable, will follow the deadlines and conditions established by applicable law.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain data for the time needed to fulfill the collection purpose, follow up, resolve requests or disputes and meet applicable obligations. After the relevant periods, data is deleted, anonymized or restricted according to available procedures and technical capabilities.
8. Security measures and incidents
We apply encrypted transport, access control, server-side validation, minimization, operational logging, request limits and anti-spam controls. No system eliminates all risk. If a relevant incident occurs, its scope will be assessed and applicable notifications or actions will be taken under applicable law.
9. Cookies, storage and analytics
The website may use technical storage required for language, session and operation, plus analytics to measure pages and conversion events. The first-party event layer must not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or other personal data in event properties. You can manage storage technologies through your browser, although disabling them may affect some functions.
10. Automated assistant
The assistant processes text chosen by the user to provide general guidance and routing. It may be wrong and is not professional advice. Do not share confidential or sensitive information. You may choose not to use it and contact a person directly through the form or published channels.

Changes will be published on this page with the update date. Where a material change requires it, reasonable means will be used to communicate it.
