Draft for legal review
Terms of use
Operational update: 2026-08-27
1. Acceptance and scope
These terms govern access to the public Mausa Group website. Use of the website does not itself create a professional relationship, mandate, representation, insurance policy, employment contract or obligation to provide services.
2. General information
Content is informational and may not reflect regulatory changes or individual circumstances. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, labor or insurance advice. Decisions should be validated by qualified professionals based on the full context.
3. Virtual assistant
The assistant uses artificial intelligence to guide and route users. It may be wrong, omit context or provide incomplete information. Do not share passwords, credentials, banking data, tax files, sensitive employment data or trade secrets. A conversation does not confirm scope, fees or service acceptance.
4. Requests and engagement
Forms and messages only initiate a contact request. Any service requires separate validation of scope, availability, conflicts, owners, fees and terms.
5. Permitted use
Users may not attempt to compromise the website, automate abusive submissions, impersonate others, introduce malicious code, extract data without authorization or use content for unlawful activities.
6. Intellectual property
Trademarks, materials and designs identified as Mausa Group property are protected under applicable law. Third-party marks and content belong to their respective owners. No license is granted without express authorization.
7. External links
Third-party links are provided for convenience. Mausa Group does not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Users should review their terms before use.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep information and digital services available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors or specific results. Applicable limitations will be those permitted by law and relevant contracts.
9. Privacy and contact
Data handling is described in the Privacy Notice. For questions about these terms, write to contacto@mausagroup.net.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Applicable law and jurisdiction must be confirmed in the final legal version and, for professional services, in the relevant agreement. No specific jurisdiction is published until that information is approved.
